This week has been a combination of helping others to let go through 1-2-1 sessions and letting go myself.
As a therapist, you are always working on yourself, the learning of the self never stops.
In life or our lives (PQL) we are often holding onto things that are stopping us from moving forward in life. As well as learning to forgive others, it can also be about forgiving ourselves too.
If you take a deep look at your life, are there elements that you hold onto, because of blaming other’s or yourself? What do you need to do, to let that go?
Listen to that feeling and follow your heart.
Life can be much more painful holding on.
